I placed an order for two pairs of contacts on May 11, 2022, and I even shelled out extra for the 1 to 3 day shipping. Here I am, nearly a month later, and I haven't seen my order yet—no tracking info, nada, just a confirmation email and a request to review my order. I still don’t have my contacts or any updates. Looks like I’ll be searching for a different site to grab my special effect lenses.

UPDATE IN ALL CAPS. SO I FINALLY RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER. I EMAILED THEM FOUR MORE TIMES SINCE MY LAST REVIEW HERE. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. IT'S NOT A SCAM, BUT YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT WAY LONGER THAN WHAT THEY SAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE JUST AS BAD. ONE STAR STILL HOLDS. In my first review, I mentioned placing an order on the 4th, and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation or tracking info. I reached out three times and got no response. I ordered from this company years back, and they used to respond to my emails and deliver on time. Now, I'm starting to wonder if they're even in business anymore, yet they keep taking people's money. You should shop somewhere that actually cares about its customers and responds to questions or concerns. This company clearly doesn't. Email after email with no response is all the evidence you need. If they do eventually send my order, I’ll update my review, but for now, I’m convinced this company is a scam. I ordered on the 4th, and it’s now the 8th. With 2 to 5 day shipping, my order should’ve been shipped by now, and I should’ve at least received a response to one of my three emails to confirm my order was on its way.
